AAHMS Fellow elected to the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia

We are delighted to congratulate our Fellow, Professor Sarah Medland FASSA FAHMS on her election as a Fellows of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia (ASSA) this week. 

Professor Medland’s work bridges Genetics, Psychology, Neuro-Imaging and applied Statistics with a focus on understanding the genetic and environmental contributions to human behaviour and disease. Sarah was instrumental in founding the Enhancing Neuro Imaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis consortium, which brings together researchers from more than 50 cohorts from around the world. Sarah was elected as a Fellow of AAHMS this year. 

We warmly congratulate Professor Medland on this tremendous achievement.
