Professor Peter Gibson is a world leading authority in asthma, a respiratory physician (John Hunter Hospital), an active clinical researcher, a Director of the University of Newcastle’s Priority Research Centre for Healthy Lungs, and a leader of the Hunter Medical Research Institute’s Viruses, Infections/Immunity, Vaccines and Asthma program.
